Abstract

Gaya hidup sehat pada penelitian ini adalah gaya hidup yang memperdulikan hal-hal yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan.Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik, pengetahuan, sikap terhadap gaya hidup mahasiswa AKPER Yatna Yuana Lebak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di AKPER Yatna Yuana Lebak dengan jumlah sampel 147 mahasiswa yang masih aktif. Metode penelitiannya dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, analisis data dengan menggunakan analisa multivariat Regresi Logistik Berganda Model Prediksi. Hasil analisis didapatkan Odds Ratio (OR) dari variabel uang saku adalah 0,42, artinya mahasiswa yang beruang saku ≥ 1 juta  akan memiliki gaya hidup sehat sebesar 0,42 kali lebih besar dibandingkan mahasiswa yang beruang saku < 1 juta setelah dikontrol variabel jenis kelamin. Variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap gaya hidup sehat adalah variabel uang saku. Dan variabel yang berhubungan bermakna dengan kejadian gaya hidup sehat adalah variabel jenis kelamin dan uang saku. Untuk meningkatkan gaya hidup sehat mahasiswa sesuai dengan variabel uang saku maka AKPER Yatna Yuana Lebak memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang pentingnya gizi yang baik dan juga cara mengelola uang saku yang tepat dalam pemilihan makanan yang begizi.
