PERTOLONGAN CEPAT KE RUMAH SAKIT < 6 JAM PADA CONSTRAINT INDUCED MOVEMENT THERAPY MENINGKATKAN KEKUATAN OTOT
Abstract
Admission time ke rumah sakit yang lambat saat serangan menyebabkan hemiparesis mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari dan dapat menyebabkan gangguan kekuatan otot. Upaya pertolongan secepatnya ke rumah sakit saat serangan dilakukan untuk merangsang otak untuk membentuk neuron baru dan minimalisir kerusakan neuron dengan constraint induced movement therapy (CIMT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertolongan cepat (admission time) < 6 jam ke rumah sakit pada CIMT dengan kombinasi peralatan sehari-hari terhadap kekuatan otot pada pasien hemiparesis pasca stroke iskemik.
Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi exspriment dengan rancangan pretest postest. Responden diambil secara consecutive sampling sebanyak 11 responden di ruang rawat inap RSUD Kota Cimahi. Data dikumpulkan dengan lembar instrumen dan Manual Muscle Test (MMT). Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan skor kekuatan otot sebelum dan sesudah (p = 0,004). Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur perbedaan dalam studi tentang baku, valid dan realible
Admission time < 6 Jam ke rumah sakit terbukti meningkatkan kekuatan otot setelah dilatih CIMT dikombinasi peralatan sehari-hari. Latihan sering, intensif sesuai target kegiatan dapat diterapkan di intervensi keperawatan di rumah sakit pada pasien hemiparesis pasca stroke iskemik.
