FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS PASIR BELENGKONG
Abstract
Pendahuluan : Prevalensi hipertensi yang meningkat tiap tahunnya menimbulkan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi di fasilitas kesehatan wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pasir Belengkong.
Metode : Merupakan penelitian kuantitatif observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya adalah masyarakat yang menderita hipertensi yang berkunjung ke fasilitas kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pasir Belengkong, jumlah sampel 51 responden dengan tehnik accidental sampling. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan pengukuran tekanan darah, berat badan, tinggi badan dan pengisian kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat ( ujichi square) dan multivariate (regresi logistic).
Hasil : Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara umur dengan kejadian hipertensi dengan nilai p value 0,047. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara riwayat keluarga dengan kejadian hipertensi dengan nilai p value 0,286. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara obesitas dengan kejadian hipertensi dengan p value 0,008. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktifitas fisik dengan kejadian hipertensi dengan nilai p value 0,013. Berdasarkan analisis multivariat faktor yang paling dominan yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi di fasilitas kesehatan wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pasir Belengkong adalah aktivitas fisik dengan p value 0,014.
Kesimpulan : faktor umur, obesitas, dan aktivitas fisik berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi di fasilitas kesehatan wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pasir Belengkong.
