PENGARUH MEDIA AUDIOVISUAL PEMERIKSAAN PAYUDARA SENDIRI (SADARI) TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN WANITA USIA SUBUR

Abstract

Kanker payudara merupakan kanker yang banyak terjadi pada wanita di seluruh dunia. Salah satu upaya untuk mendeteksi dini kanker payudara adalah dengan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media audiovisual pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) terhadap pengetahuan wanita usia subur di SMKN 4 Samarinda. Jenis penelitian pre experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre test and post test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswi kelas XII di SMKN 4 Samarinda yang berjumlah 219 orang dengan jumlah sampel 47 responden dimana metode sampling yang digunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test diperoleh nilai p-value pre test dan post test sebesar  0,000 (p-value < 0,05) terdapat pengaruh media audiovisual pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) terhadap pengetahuan wanita usia subur di SMKN 4 Samarinda.. Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dapat menjadi fasilitator, edukator, dan narasumber kesehatan dalam memberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan media audiovisual tentang SADARI.
