HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG PENGOLAHAN MAKANAN DENGAN STATUS GIZI BALITA
Abstract
Abstract
Children morbidity in Indonesia still high because of disease infection influenced by nutrition, sanitation, infectious disease and accidents. In fact, earlier currently infant's nutritional status the malnourished less at in 2013 was 28.17% and 28.04% in 2014. The aim is to review research know relations mother knowledge processing on with food good nutritional status toddler. The research is a quantitative study with descriptive-analytic method, using cross-sectional design. Sampling technique which was used is total sampling that whole toddler that brought into Integrated Health Pos is 88 totalled. Results obtained nothing between relations mother knowledge processing on with food good nutritional status.

Abstrak
Angka kesakitan anak di Indonesia masih tinggi akibat penyakit infeksi yang dipengaruhi faktor gizi, sanitasi, penyakit menular, dan kecelakaan. Faktanya saat ini status nutrisi bayi yang menderita gizi kurang pada tahun 2013 berada di 28,17 % dan 28,04 % di tahun 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang pengolahan makanan yang baik dengan status gizi balita. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik, menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling yaitu seluruh balita yang dibawa ibu ke Posyandu berjumlah 88 anak balita. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang pengolahan makanan yang baik dengan status gizi balita.
