The Correlation Between Working Conditions And Nurse Work Stress At Pratama Gerbang Sehat Mahulu Hospital Mahakam Ulu District

Abstract

Working conditions in the hospital are activity, the physical condition of the room, or the nurse's activity at work regarding the comfort of the nurse in working. Work stress on nurses is one of the problems such as decreased enthusiasm for work and work performance if this is left unchecked it will have an impact on increasing the risk of errors occurring in interventions that will endanger the patient or the nurse itself. The puspose of this this research to find out the correlation between working conditions and the work stress of nurses at Pratama Gerbang Sehat Mahulu Hospital Mahakam Ulu District. The research design used by researcher in this study was an analytic study with a cross-sectional approach with a total sample of 53 people. Bivariate analysis used a non-parametric statistical test, namely Chi-square using a significant level of α < 0.05. Obtained a p-value of 0.026 (<0.05) which means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant correlation between working conditions and work stress of nurses at Pratama Gerbang Sehat Mahulu Hospital Mahakam Ulu District in 2023.

Hyperglycemia occurs due to too much sugar intake resulting in blood glucose above normal. Treatment that can reduce blood sugar levels is to consume a decoction of moringa leaves and cherry leaves. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a two group pretest-posttest design from August to October 2022. The population in this study were all Type II DM patients within the working area of the Tanah Kuning Health Center, totaling 245 people. The sampling technique in this study was based on Roscoe's theory, so a sample of 30 respondents. The statistical test used is the paired t test if t count (pvalue) <0.05 is obtained, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The effect of moringa leaf decoction to lower blood sugar levels in Type II DM patients with a value of 0.00 and the effect of cherry leaf decoction to lower blood sugar levels in Type II DM patients obtained a value of 0.00. So there is an effect of moringa leaf decoction and cherry leaf decoction to reduce blood sugar levels in Type II DM patients in the Working Area of the Tanah Kuning Health Center.

Innovation Of Prone Positioning On Changes In Hemodynamic Status In BBLR Infants

BBLR adalah sindrom kelahiran prematur (sekitar 37 bulan) dan jangka waktu kehamilan yang panjang. Jika seseorang berusia 37 tahun dan memiliki berat badan kurang dari 2500 gram, mereka dapat mengalami komplikasi karena tubulus organ mereka belum berkembang sepenuhnya. Positifitas digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompresi perut dan meningkatkan fisiologi stabilitas pernafasan dan tengkorak. Salah satu faktor tunggal yang berkontribusi terhadap stres pada anak-anak adalah posisi tengkurap. Posisi tengkurap memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur dan karenanya memfasilitasi percepatan pertumbuhan neuromuskuler. Posisi Tengkurap adalah posisi di mana penyanggah atau bantalan diletakkan di antara anak dan puncak iliaka untuk memungkinkan perut tumbuh dan dada mengembang dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dengan memantau hemodinamik (frekuensi nafas, frekuensi nadi, dan suhu tubuh), Kesimpulan nya yaitu Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ambang batas dan stabilitas hemodinamik meningkat pada posisi tengkurap untuk pasien BBLR.
