So this study aims to determine the effect of drinking honey and turmeric on menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). The research design of this study was a quasi-experiment with one grup pretest and posttest. The research sample consisted of 18 respondents consisting of young women Rw 05 Windunegara Village. The sampling technique used Total sampling. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and non-parametric statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test with a significance level of Asym.Sig (2-tailed)<0.05. Drinks of honey and turmeric was given as much as 120-200 mL 3 times a day for 2 days. Pain intensity was measured using Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) before and after administration of honey and turmeric drinks. The length of time between pretest and posttest was according to the respondent’s menstrual cycle. From the statistical results of the study, the NRS values before and after drinking turmeric honey were 5,78 and 0,56. The test results obtained a significant difference Asymp Sig (2-tailed) = 0.000. the results of this study showed a significant difference betwen drinking honey and turmeric in reducing menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). Suggestions : This Research can be used as input for utilizing herbal drinks to reduce menstrual pain.
Alfia Nur Karimah, Syamsul Anwar ##submission.copyrightStatement## Wed, 10 May 2023 00:00:00 +0800 PENGARUH GUIDED IMAGERY TERHADAP NYERI AKIBAT PENUSUKAN AKSES VASKULER PASIEN HEMODIALISIS DI UNIT HEMODIALISIS RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH HARAPAN INSAN SENDAWAR
Pain due to vascular access stabbing in hemodiasis patients poses a problem. Guided imagery is a nursing service to encourage patients to make fantasies by visualizing situations that the patient likes, which is expected to reduce the pain they experience.. The research design used a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest posttest with control group. Respondents were taken by consecutive sampling of 30 patients in the hemodialysis room at Harapan Insan Sendawar Hospital. Data was collected with observation sheets. Data analysis used the Mann Whitney test. The results showed that there were differences in the intervention and control groups after being given guided imagery on the pain score (p = 0.000), so that the hypothesis Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Decreased pain scale from 7.67 to 5.53 after getting guided imagery techniques. The instruments used to measure differences in this study are standard, valid and realible. The provision of guided imagery techniques has been shown to reduce the pain scale in patients who had vascular access punctured at the Hemodialysis Unit at Harapan Insan Sendawar General Hospital. Regular exercise and concentration will be maximized in an effort to reduce pain.
Septina Neli, frana andrianur, Ismansyah Ismansyah ##submission.copyrightStatement## Wed, 10 May 2023 00:00:00 +0800 FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH HYPERTENSION EVENTS
Hypertension is a deadly disease if not prevented because it affects other body organ systems. The design of this study used descriptive correlations with a cross-sectional approach conducted in May 2022. The study population consisted of all hypertensive patients at Mencimai Barong Tongkok West Kutai sub-health center, a total of 43 patients. Total sampling was used to determine the study population, and the study sample consisted of 43 respondents. The hypothesis Ha is accepted if the statistical test by Chi-square yields a t-count (p-value) < 0.05. The results of the statistical test show that there is a relationship between physical activity and body mass index and the incidence of hypertension (pvalue = 0.00). There is no relationship between age (pvalue = 0.75), occupation (pvalue = 0.35), and gender (pvalue = 0.72) and the incidence of hypertension. Body mass index and physical activity are factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in the work zone of Mencimai Barong Tongkok Kutai Barat Sub-Health Center.

Keywords: Hypertension, Body Mass Index, Health Center.

Maria Yustina Melika, Ismansyah Ismansyah, Rivan Firdaus ##submission.copyrightStatement## Wed, 10 May 2023 00:00:00 +0800 Mangenal Manajemen Bencana
Edi Sukamto ##submission.copyrightStatement## Wed, 14 Jun 2023 07:59:14 +0800
